The pet door panel comes with a custom-made height extension piece (not returnable) for uncommon track heights of up to 93-1/2" tall. You can order the Ideal Modular Patio Pet Door Insert for track heights of 93.75-96.5" tall.  The Custom Ideal sliding glass dog door is a cost-effective solution to fit uncommon sliding door heights. It is designed for aluminium panels with minimum track thickness of 1".  It will work in thicker vinyl tracks but you will need to shim the upper track to prevent movement.  For tips to measure your track height correctly, please watch this video.
