How to use the disc
🧼 Wash your hands thoroughly with water and neutral soap before handling the menstrual counter.
➿ Fold the menstrual disk into a figure 8 shape.
📍 Place the extraction ring against the outside of the vagina.
💁♀️ Find a comfortable position and start inserting the menstrual disk into the vagina while holding it firmly between thumb and forefinger. After inserting it deep into the vagina, place it over the pubic bone and lift the ring towards the navel.
