Emperor's Children: Lords of ExcessThe Emperors Children are infamous renegades, consumed by vanity and enslaved to excess. In the wars of the 41st Millennium, they give free rein to their darkest fixations, carving a path of brutal spectacle across countless battlefields. Restless and thrill hungry, they surge from conflict to conflict, staging acts of extravagant slaughter as an offering to Slaanesh, the Dark Prince. The Emperor’s Children are infamous renegades, consumed by vanity and enslaved to excess. In the wars of the 41st Millennium, they give free rein to their darkest fixations, carving a path of brutal spectacle across countless battlefields. Restless and thrill-hungry, they surge from conflict to conflict, staging acts of extravagant slaughter as an offering to Slaanesh, the Dark Prince.

This boxed set is a great way to begin a new Emperor’s Children force or bolster an existing collection for games of Warhammer 40,000, offering a substantial saving compared to purchasing each kit individually. Commanded by a formidable winged Daemon Prince of Slaanesh, the army features ranks of power-armoured warriors. Ten Infractors and ten Tormentors provide flexible troops for seizing objectives and engaging the enemy at close quarters, while two units of Noise Marines bring overwhelming sonic destruction to bear against any opposition.

Inside the box you’ll find components to build 33 multipart plastic Emperor’s Children miniatures:

  • 1 Daemon Prince of Slaanesh with wings

  • 12 Noise Marines

  • 10 Infractors (alternatively built as Tormentors)

  • 10 Tormentors (alternatively built as Infractors)

The miniatures offer extensive customisation options. The Daemon Prince can be posed with either clawed or hooved legs, standing atop a shattered rock or a mound of stones and skulls. Two torso designs are included: one styled for Warhammer Age of Sigmar and another reflecting the corrupted aesthetic of the 41st Millennium, each compatible with matching pauldrons and arm pieces. Weapon options include a hell-forged blade, a daemonic axe, or paired malefic talons, along with multiple arm poses. The model can be finished with wings, a trophy rack, or a corrupted power pack, and comes with six distinct heads representing the Chaos Gods and Chaos Undivided, plus an assortment of trophies, icons, and tail tips.

Among the Noise Marines, two can be assembled as Disharmonists, and up to four may carry blastmasters. Disharmonists have three unique head options each, while the unit as a whole benefits from interchangeable heads and shoulder pads, including a wide selection of helmeted and bare heads, along with legion-specific and standard pauldrons.

The Infractors and Tormentors share the same sprues, allowing you to assemble 20 models of either type or split them evenly. Tormentors wield boltguns and close combat weapons, with two in every ten able to take special weapons such as meltaguns or plasma guns. Infractors, by contrast, are melee-focused fighters armed with bolt pistols and duelling sabres. Each squad may be led by an Obsessionist, who has multiple cosmetic options and a choice of pistols and melee weapons. Across both units, you’ll find a generous array of interchangeable heads, shoulder pads, and accessories including grenades, pouches, and combat stimulants.

The set also includes four Emperor’s Children transfer sheets, each containing 150 high-quality waterslide decals. These feature legion symbols in various sizes and colours, as well as Slaaneshi runes and decorative script.

Altogether, the kit contains 800 plastic components, along with one 60mm round base, twelve 40mm round bases, and twenty 32mm round bases. Miniatures are supplied unassembled and unpainted; Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints are recommended.

This boxed set is available for a limited time, while supplies last.

Great job by Asurion!
Asurion handled my claim quickly and efficiently. My return was picked up by UPS and an Amazon gift card for the full amount was received as promised. Very happy with the process.

Make sure you read the terms and conditions and don't let them off the hook
Asurion is counting on the fact that you don't know how to read. They made the claim process aggravating and as difficult as possible. I CAN read and had to review the terms and conditions with them on the phone and threaten to involve an attorney before they would honor the coverage. They tried to say my product was not portable, when the word "portable" is literally in the name of the product. Then they tried to say the the accidental drop was not covered, but it clearly states in the terms and conditions that an accidental drop and a cracked screen is a covered event. I buy the coverage almost every time I am offered it, but I will be rethinking that going forward and Amazon should consider finding a different company to issue the protection plans for their products because I fear this is the beginning of a lot of complaints. I have filed a claim in the past and it was very straightforward and easy, but they must have a new company managing the plans now, because it was anything but easy. If I was an older person who was not tech savy, or who just took someone's word at face value, I would be out the cost of my item and the protection plan. BUYER BEWARE

Cover yourself!
My HP printer just stopped printing. Spent over 4 1/2 with HP Support doing all kinds of technical experiments with even the most complex Factory Restarts, this printer kept saying everything was working but it wouldn't print. HP finally declared it a hardware defective; told I needed a new printer and to recycle this one (less than 1 1/2 years old - don't make like they used to!). Called Asurion, who immediately processed a claim and arranged for a pickup of the defective printer since I can't drive. Fast quality service worth every penny if you're buying any kind of devices in today's world.
