These elite expressions of the Manix 2 boast full-flat-ground blades crafted from Crucible® Industries’ CPM® MagnaCut®—a revolutionary particle metallurgy steel that offers an impressive balance of edge retention, toughness, and extreme corrosion resistance. The blades are supported by high-strength Ball Bearing Lock™ mechanisms and a handles featuring full skeletonized stainless steel liners and G-10 scales. The all-black Manix 2 Salt cloaks its blade in a stealthy Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating and its scales are both peel-ply-textured and machined with Spyderco’s signature Caribbean Bi-Directional Texture™ pattern for an ultra-secure grip. Like its DLC-coated blade, this knife’s liners, reversible tip-up pocket clip, and all other hardware are also made from ultra-corrosion-resistant materials and have non-reflective black coatings.
