This is a small batch and a very limited release.
The Blend is the culmination of our best sour beer barrels at that point in time. It sees us blend 11 individual beers that we produce together which have been aged in 4 different kinds of barrels (bourbon, red wine, white wine and whisky). It takes incredible dedication blending from our library of over 400 barrels to whittle them down to a mere 24 for the final blend. Cellaring this beer has had exceptional results, it won't disappoint.
