Technical Details of Premier Mounts FPS-200 Lift for Flat Panel Display

Technical specifications for the FPS-200 are available from the official product listings and installation documentation. Specifications can vary by SKU and installation requirements, so refer to the exact product entry for precise values. In general, the FPS-200 provides a motorized vertical lift with compatibility for common flat-panel displays and VESA mounting interfaces, along with options for stationary or mobile configurations and practical safety and cable-management features. The information below summarizes typical capabilities and considerations to help you evaluate fit and planning.

  • Lift mechanism: Motorized vertical travel with controlled acceleration and deceleration to protect the display and mounting components.
  • Mounting interface: Designed to accommodate standard flat-panel displays using common VESA patterns, with secure carriage and mounting hardware.
  • Weight and load considerations: Suitable for a range of display sizes and weights; consult the official spec sheet for exact limits based on SKU and installation.
  • Travel range and positioning: Height adjustment is achieved through the lift carriage; the effective range depends on mounting height, ceiling clearance, and installation specifics.
  • Power and control: Requires an electrical connection to operate the motorized lift and control system, with options for local controls or remote interfaces as provided by the installation.

How to Install Premier Mounts FPS-200 Lift for Flat Panel Display

  • Plan the installation by identifying a wall surface that can support the full load of the display in the chosen configuration. Verify structural integrity and confirm that there is adequate vertical clearance for full travel of the lift when in use.
  • Locate studs or use appropriate wall anchors and fasteners recommended by Premier Mounts for the wall type. Secure the wall plate or mounting framework to the structure, ensuring it is level and plumb for stable operation.
  • Assemble the lift carriage and attachment hardware according to the included installation guide. Attach the carriage to the wall plate, ensuring all fasteners are tightened to the manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Attach the display to the lift carriage using the appropriate VESA mounting pattern. Confirm that all screws are tightened securely and that the display is balanced on the carriage to prevent shifting during operation.
  • Route power and signal cables through the integrated cable management system. Connect the power source and any control interface or remote device, then test the lift movement to verify smooth operation and safe stop limits. Make any necessary height-limit adjustments and perform a final safety check before regular use.

Elevates your wrist
Color: Right - Black, Size: Large, Color: Right - Black, Size: Large
This is a great tool. No wrist pain day 1. It elevates your wrist to level with the mouse so there’s no backward strain. Takes a little getting use to but well worth no pain.

It's hard af.
Color: Right - Grey, Size: Small, Color: Right - Grey, Size: Small
Edit: just realized Amazon sent me a left handed one! I got this one and the g2 or whatever with the strap. The g2 is great. This one is hard though. The edges of the rest thingy. And the edges in the middle where it splits are annoying. Idk if it's a difference in the rubber pads or what. Even if this works for wrist pain, it's not worth it for the palm discomfort.

Ergonomic and effective, but requires adjustment.
Color: Right - White, Size: Large
Bought this for improving wrist posture during long hours at the desk. What I like • The ergonomic design helps reduce wrist strain, especially during extended typing sessions. • The right-handed orientation is comfortable and natural to use. • High-quality build, feels sturdy and durable. What could be better • It takes some time to adjust to the unique design, especially if you’re used to traditional mice. • The size may not be suitable for people with smaller hands. • It could be a bit pricey compared to other ergonomic mice on the market. Bottom line: A great investment for improving wrist posture and reducing strain, but it might not be for everyone due to the learning curve and price. Perfect for users looking to enhance ergonomics, but consider alternatives if you have smaller hands or need a more budget-friendly option.

It’s painful. Not worth it.
Color: Right - Grey, Size: Small, Color: Right - Grey, Size: Small
I hate it. Period. Very strong feelings about it right out of the box. Gave it a few days, and not only do I still hate it but it’s very painful to use. The rubber material is hard and has pressure points that make you come away feeling like you’ve rested your wrist on the edge of a table for too long. I come away more sore using this than not. They only have small and large sizes, I think the small is too small for me? (I’m not sure. I can tell it doesn’t fit well, but I can’t tell if it’s because it’s too small or the shape isn’t right for my wrist). In any event, I am sure the large would be too large and even if they had a medium size I still wouldn’t repurchase this. Maybe if you’ve got some meat on your bones it would be more comfortable but as you can see, I am a very thin person and this is pressing on all the wrong places. I also feel like the center valley part contributes to carpal tunnel pain because the very firm edges of each side rested right in that area, not offering any support to the valley of the wrist, and therefore creating pressure to that nerve center and the ligaments. I don’t know why they chose this material, it’s too firm. Also, I think a better design would be a little tab from the center of it sticking out and then attaching to the bottom of the mouse so that both mouse and the wrist “support” worked as one unit when moving the mouse around. I often found that I didn’t drag the wrist piece with my mouse well and that it caused even more issues. If it were comfortable I would have made a little tab myself and connected the mouse and the wrist rest together, but as it’s extremely not even remotely comfortable I’m not bothering and I’ve already started the return process.
