이승환의 이번 미니앨범 <3+3>은 지난해 3월 말 발표한 정규 11집 앨범 <폴 투 플라이>(Fall to fly-前) 이후 1년 6개월 만에 공개하는 작품이다. 이승환의 미니앨범 <3+3>은 신곡 3곡과 기존에 발표했던 3곡이 수록된다.<3+3>에 수록되는 신곡 세 곡은 뮤지션 이승환의 가장 솔직한 목소리를 담은 노래들로 채워졌다. 작지만 재기발랄한 아이디어로 완성된 노래와 자신의 반려견 지구와 달을 위한 노래 등 소박한 이야기들을 음악에 담았다. 또 리레코딩 된 세 곡은 이승환이 기존에 발표한 노래 중 본인이 가장 애정을 가진 노래를 선정해 다시 녹음했다.
이번 앨범은 이규호의 곡을 제외하고 타이틀곡을 비롯해 전곡을 이승환이 작사, 작곡했다. 또 솔루션스의 나루,
솔튼페이퍼, 적재, 매드소울차일드 등 젊고 실력 있는 뮤지션들이 편곡에 참여해 신선한 음악적 감각을 보탰다. 9월 21일 선공개한 ''그 한 사람''은 제이슨 므라즈, 쉐릴 크로우, 킹즈오브레온, 가스 브룩스 앨범에 참여한 데이비드 데이비슨(David Davidson)이 편곡해 곡의 완성도를 높였다.
<3+3> 앨범 녹음은 드림팩토리 스튜디오와 미국 네쉬빌의 오션웨이 스튜디오, L.A에 위치한 헨슨 스튜디오에서 진행됐으며 마스터링은 비틀즈로 유명한 영국의 애비로드 스튜디오에서 이뤄져 이승환 앨범만의 하이엔드 사운드를 국내 음악팬들에게 다시 한 번 들려줄 예정이다.
이번 <3+3>은 가장 새롭고 앞선 공연을 만드는 ‘공연의 신’으로서의 이승환 뿐 아니라 가장 완벽한 사운드의 앨범을 만드는 뮤지션 이승환의 모습을 오랜만에 만날 수 있는 반가운 앨범이 될 것이다. 소박하고 진심을 담은 수록곡들은 무게감 있는 정규 앨범에서 듣지 못했던 뮤지션 이승환의 또 다른 모습을 보여줄 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

Most comfortable shoes, right out of the box!

Oh my! So, my ordering of shoes online has been hit or miss - 1/2 size too big or too small; too wide or not wide enough. Enter these Marc Joseph shoes… such a game changer. They fit like a glove, exceptionally comfortable, and easy to slip in and out of. I like them so much that I am shopping for another pair. So far, the size, quality, fit, feel, look, and comfort make this pair my dedicated first pick. Btw, I have been wearing them for six hours and they are still very comfortable! I highly recommend these shoes.

Tropical Fringe Fun for My Summer Outfits

I am absolutely obsessed with this straw purse because it feels like a vacation in my hand. The first thing I noticed is how the raffia fringe has this playful half moon shape that looks like a little lion mane but in a very high fashion way. My daughter even joked that it looks like a giant fancy taco which makes it such a fun and unique piece to carry around. It is incredibly lightweight which is a huge relief because I do not want to carry a heavy bag when the weather is hot. Even though it looks compact on my mannequin, it is surprisingly roomy inside and fits my phone and all my daily essentials without feeling stuffed. The magnetic closure is quite strong so I do not have to worry about my things falling out while I am walking around a summer party or a night out.
The neutral tan and cream colors in the fringe make it very easy to match with almost any outfit I own. I really appreciate the small metal brand patch on the front because it gives the bag a more polished and expensive look than a typical straw tote you might find at a souvenir shop. One thing to keep in mind is that the raffia is very textured so you should probably be careful with delicate silk fabrics so it does not snag. It feels very sturdy and well made for something that is woven from grass and I love how the fringe adds so much movement when I am moving around. This bag is definitely going to be my go to accessory for the rest of the season because it is both stylish and very practical for my needs.
