If discomfort or pain results persists or increases discontinue use and consult a physician.

How to use:

"1. Open all hook fasteners and slide foot into the stabiliser. Loop the top strap through the buckle pull and secure it. Fit should feel firm yet comfortable.
2. Pull strap on left side of foot up and across attaching the hook fasteners to the opposite side of ankle stabiliser.
3. Follow same directions for remaining strap. Adjust both straps until fit around bottom of foot feels firm yet comfortable."



Care Instructions:

"Attach all closures before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
Do not: machine wash tumble dry dry clean or use bleach or fabric softener."
