Bundle of SSL Channel Strip 2 and Harrison 32Classic Channel

SSL 9000K CONSOLE CHANNEL STRIP PROCESSING
The SSL Channel Strip 2 plug-in delivers the legendary tone, features and workflow inspired by channel strips such as the SSL 9000 K, featuring SSL's proprietary EQ 'Anti-Cramping' technology and external side chain input. The latest Channel Strip 2 update (v2) welcomes the addition of a new Output Section with dedicated Fader Level, Width and Pan controls, plus advanced DAW Solo and Cut integration for Ableton Live, Studio One and REAPER (VST3 only).

The EQ section is a classic 4-band design with parametric LMF & HMF and shelving LF & HF sections (LF & HF switch to Bell). The whole EQ can be switched between E & G Series characteristics and can be applied to the dynamics side chain.

The Dynamics section offers separate Compressor and Gate/Expander. The Compressor can be switched between soft and hard knee. Both the Compressor and Gate/Expander sections feature fast/slow attack switches and independent side chains. The plug-in also features High and Low Pass Filters which can also be applied to the side chain. Perfect for smoothing, controlling and adding presence to any source material.

The new Output section introduces a dedicated Fader Level in addition to the Output Trim, as well as stereo position controls in the form of a Pan and mid-side Width control – all of which are controllable from the SSL 360° Plug-in Mixer and integrated hardware.

The 32Classic Channel Strip Plug-in by Harrison Audio is a fully featured channel strip complete with four-band parametric EQ, High Pass and Low Pass filters, transformer saturation with ‘Drive’ control, Compressor and Gate/Expander – everything you need to make music with the classic Harrison sound.

Emulating the Harrison 32Classic analog mixing console, the 32Classic Channel Strip Plug-in delivers the sound and workflow that generations of artists and engineers have trusted to help craft their sound. Whether it was Michael Jackson, John Coltrane, and Diana Ross at Westlake Studios, or BB King, Steely Dan, and Fleetwood Mac at The Village, LA. ABBA, Led Zeppelin, and Adam Ant at Polar Studios, Stockholm. Or Kenny Rogers, Johnny Cash, and Al Green at Sound Emporium, Nashville. The 32 Series console helped create some of the most influential music ever made, and now with the 32Classic plug-in, you can access the sound and workflow in your DAW that engineers like Bruce Swedien, Roger Nichols, and Reinhold Mack trusted to make music that stands the test of time.

Regarded in many high-end studios as the sonic benchmark, Harrison studio consoles are known for their super-smooth and musical EQ, legendary filters, and intuitive ‘get-the-job-done’ workflow. Capturing Harrison’s classic sound, the 32Classic plug-in features a new ‘Drive’ control for dialing in warm, harmonic saturation based on the consoles Jensen transformer-coupled mic pre. Additionally, the 32Classic boasts an EQ section with updated algorithm and full dynamics processing, offering three distinct compression modes and ‘Emphasis’ knob to access more vintage character.

Key Features

32Classic EQ - Classic four-band parametric EQ with proportional Q providing versatile, musical results on nearly all instruments and sounds. Switch between shelf and peak mode on the high and low bands and use the overlapping mid bands to carve out your classic sound.

32Classic High Pass / Low Pass Filters - Experience the ultra-wide frequency ranges of these famous filters. High Pass from 25Hz to 3.15kHz and Low Pass from 160Hz to 20kHz allows a range of filter control from extreme to beautifully subtle. Use them in combination with the 32Classic EQ for unique results.

Saturation - Use the DRIVE knob to adjust the signal level fed to the Saturator (post input trim) to apply warm, harmonic saturation based on the consoles Jensen JT-MB-CPCA transformer-coupled mic pre. The drive meter displays the level of the signal fed to the Saturator (dBFS).

Compressor – The full-featured Compressor provides all the control you would expect in a standalone unit, with three types of compression and a Sidechain filter with sweepable frequency and a ‘listen’ function. The ‘Emphasis’ knob allows you to access more vintage character by forcing the compressor to react more quickly to louder sounds resulting in smoother results.

Compression types:

COMP - The most ‘traditional’ and versatile style of compression, with full control over Ratio, Attack, and Release. Useable on almost any source material.

LEVEL – Subtle ‘leveling’ compression renowned for its smoothing capabilities, is commonly used on lead vocals, bass, and guitars with low ratio and small gain reduction range.

LIMIT – A fast-acting, aggressive compression initially designed to capture peaks before they were passed on to sensitive broadcast transmitters or disc-cutting lathes. Slam drums, crush room mics, parallel vocals, bass, and more.

Gate - Enjoy the full-featured Gate/Expander that can tame the bleed in your live tracks or add more expressive and dynamic articulation to pre-recorded loops and sounds. The gate reports its gain-reduction beside the fader. The reciprocal push/pull action of the reduction LEDs provides great feedback.

Routing - Rearrange the processing order of the elements Gate, Compressor and EQ using the routing section at the bottom of the GUI.

Output - Analog VU style output meter displays the output level (dBFS) post the output level control.

Channel Configurations - Mono, Stereo, Multi-Channel up to 16 wide

Workflow - 32Classic plug-in features key utility tools like polarity flip, and ‘listen’ on each processing module to dial in settings quickly.

Supports All Formats - AAX, VST, VST3, AU

Good Basic Chair with a Few Drawbacks
Color: Black
I bought this Amazon Basics office task chair for my boyfriend who works from home. Overall, it’s a decent, simple chair that gets the job done for everyday use, especially if you just need something functional and affordable. However, there are a couple of downsides. The recline doesn’t go back as much as he would like, so it’s not ideal if you prefer to lean back and relax between tasks. Also, after about a month of use, the wheels don’t glide as smoothly as they did at first, which can be a bit frustrating when rolling across the floor. Overall, it’s a solid basic chair for light use, but if you want something with a deeper recline or super smooth mobility long-term, you might want to consider other options. Still a reasonable purchase depending on your needs.

Had for just over 9 years now and still pretty solid
Color: Black
I ordered this chair back in December 2015 for our front office, and it's been moved to our back shop where we fabricate. We're not a gentle work space by any stretch of the imagination; we build stuff and it's messy, lots of tools etc. This chair has held up surprisingly well! The faux leather is delaminating almost entirely on the seat but honestly, I'd expect that for faux leather on something that is used daily. The seat pad, in my opinion, has gotten de-poofed. So it's not plush anymore but still usable. I've asked the guy that's using it if they want an upgrade/update and they said they like it and don't want to change it out just yet. That's saying something! The size is nice and wide. We've had a range of differently sized folks sit in the chair over the years and the seat was always comfortable (less now without so much seat poof), I was able to sit cross-legged and the whole chair felt sturdy then as it does now. All of the standards functions you'd want an office chair to do, it can still do: it goes up and down smoothly, it rolls just fine, it's still pivot-reclines comfortably and doesn't feel like it's going to topple. I like it!

Good enough
Color: Black
Comfortable chair. Easy to put together. Allen nuts aren't cut perfectly so sometimes hard to get the wrench in there. My biggest complaint, and I didn't even realize this until I sat down in it, the arm rests are not adjustable and they are a little short for my liking.

COMFY CHAIR GOOD SUPPORT
Color: Dark Brown
So I needed an office chair because the one that I had wasn't really helping my back any. And it just didn't have enough cushion on the chair because when you want to sit for hours at your desk you want to be comfortable. So I took a chance on buying this chair. I thought the color was good and the price was right but I was still a little nervous because it said put together. So I got it right away only took 3 days. And the directions for pretty easy there were a couple of spots that I think we're out of order because you had to kind of play around with the screws going into the holes from the arms but I think if I were to get another chair like this I would probably do it my way because it's pretty self-explanatory but I followed the directions that came with the chair. And hey I'm 65 years old and I put this chair together. It's nice it's sleek and oh my God is it comfortable!!! Right where my lower back and sciatic is I get the support and it just feels good and I know that if I have to be at my desk for 3 or 4 hours I'm going to be comfortable. I highly highly recommend getting this chair. The only issue that I had was the driver did not leave it on my porch. I had ordered a Vizio TV a couple months ago and the driver brought it up to my porch. So I just had to go out and take two steps bring it into the house I really appreciated that. This driver didn't even come through the gate and there is no signs of any dogs because there aren't any. So this driver just left this giant heavy box it was about 35 lb in front of the garage where it was very visible from the road. And I had a dragon to my front door it was heavy I did not like that at all. But it wasn't damaged or anything and I do love the chair. I just don't like what the driver did.
