Show everyone just how cold you think it really is with these bold, characterful mittens.  A subtle (and slightly cheeky) way to take on winter - without saying a word!

Designed using traditional Nordic and Scandinavian knitting techniques, this pattern has been given a playful modern twist, resulting in a striking and satisfying knit.

These mittens are a roomy women’s medium or men’s small, with enough space to layer gloves underneath for extra warmth when the temperature really drops. For a different fit, simply adjust your needle size.

At Home Farm Wensleydales, our ethos is rooted in animal care, welfare, and good husbandry. Our wool is produced to the highest standard using our finest fleeces, washed and spun in Yorkshire.

The result is a beautifully soft, smooth and silky yarn with natural lustre, worsted spun for excellent stitch definition - perfect for showcasing detailed colourwork.

This Kit Contains:

• 50g Home Farm Wensleydales 4 Ply yarn in Natural

• 50g in your chosen contrast colour (shown in Moreton Sage and Harlyn)

• Printed pattern with clear, easy-to-follow instructions

You Will Need:

• 2.75mm (US 2) 9" circular needles

• 2.75mm (US 2) DPNs (or Magic Loop alternative)

• 6 stitch markers

• Waste yarn

• Tapestry needle

Skill Level:
Intermediate

Finished Size:
Approx. 25cm (9.5") long and 10cm (4") wide after washing and blocking

Colour Choices:
Shown in Moreton Sage and Natural and Harlyn and Natural. You can choose your preferred colours - if you’d like a different contrast shade instead of Natural, just message when ordering.  

Extra:
You may have enough yarn to knit a second pair if you’re careful with your cast on and cast off.

Care Instructions:
Hand wash and dry flat (or use a gentle wool cycle if your machine allows).
