Dual Boiler Performance with Thermo Block

The Silvano Evo features a hybrid system with a coffee boiler and a dedicated thermo block for steaming. While the thermo block isn't as powerful as traditional boilers, it ensures you never run out of steam, even when making back-to-back milk-based drinks. Additionally, the steam bank can be turned off independently, conserving energy when steaming isn't required. The Silvano Evo boasts a range of professional-grade components, including two vibratory pumps with thermal fuse protection, an adjustable expansion valve, and a pump pressure gauge. Its 3-way group solenoid valve ensures dry coffee pucks and easy cleanup, while the solid-state relay adds reliability to the heating system. The swiveling stainless steel steam arm, complete with a two-hole steam tip, makes frothing milk a breeze. These features collectively make the Silvano Evo a dependable choice for both beginners and experienced home baristas.

Set-Up Tip

Before steaming milk for the first time we recommend you let some air out of the steam wand to purge out any residue that might be in there from initial assembly.

Note: The spouts on the portafilter, which are shown in the photos and video, are not lined up perfectly straight. This is not a design flaw, they are simply threaded on, and in order to have them completely tight this is just where they happen to land.
