DIRECTIONS
- Clean the breast and the surrounding area.
- Moisten the protectors with water, as this will help them adhere to the skin.
- Turn the protectors almost inside out and place them gently over the nipple.
- Ensure the protectors sit comfortably over the nipple.

- Always wash in warm soapy water and rinse in clean water before and after using the product.
