Also, the shortened rib profile keeps the multi ribbed belt from bottoming out, helps it tolerate debris in grooves, and reduces heat build up. *This is the standard belt for Whipple kits for the 2003 2013 GM 4. 8, 5. 3, 6. 0 6. 2 SC Kit as well as the 2014 2018 6.
