Product Description
The Spyderco Delica® 4 Lightweight Emerson Opener (C11PGYW) delivers lightning-fast deployment and proven everyday performance in a compact, lightweight design. Based on the legendary Delica 4 platform, this model features a saber-ground VG-10 stainless steel blade paired with Ernest Emerson’s patented “Wave” opening feature. As the knife is drawn from the pocket, the integral hook catches the pocket edge and deploys the blade instantly—one of the fastest opening systems available on any folding knife.
The Delica 4 Lightweight Emerson Opener includes skeletonized stainless steel liners and a fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN) handle with Spyderco’s Bi-Directional Texturing™ for maximum traction in all conditions. Its secure back lock mechanism ensures reliable lockup, while the four-position pocket clip allows tip-up or tip-down carry on either side. Finished in a signature bluish-gray FRN handle, this variant combines speed, control, and dependable cutting performance in a compact EDC-ready package.
