The Sissel Fit Tube Resistance Band introduces an easy way for you to do this at home. Providing smooth resistance, the band can be used to stretch and condition your body. Available in four different resistance levels, you can select which band is right for you.

You may, for instance, wish to use a lighter band to start with and move on to the more resistant bands as you build up your strength.
