The Theotokos Gorgoepikoos, is a revered wonderworking icon of the Most Holy Mother of God, known as “She who is Quick to Hear.” According to Orthodox tradition, she responds swiftly to the prayers of those who call upon her with faith, offering comfort, protection, and miraculous help in times of need.

High quality Orthodox icon print from the original handwritten by the sisters of our monastery of the Mother of God, Gorgoepikoos, Quick to Hear. This icon was in the cell of the late blessed Elder Ephraim of Arizona to which he prayed day and night during the last years of his life.

The icon print is mounted and laminated on a rectangular straight-edge HDF plaque, with a keyhole in the back for wall hanging.

Specifications

Wood trim is painted Byzantine red. Icons with a gold gilded background are finished with a durable epoxy varnish that gives a beautiful crystal-like finish.
