Nose - Freshly-baked rye bread, wine gums and hint of pepper.
Palate - Gentle, dried fruit, ripe cherry and peppery oak on the palate, balanced by vanilla and citrus peels, leading to a peppery finish.
Finish - A long smooth, fruity and sweet finish.
