Boots Pharmaceuticals blood glucose home test kit indicates the level of glucose in the blood. It does this using a special dye that changes colour in proportion to the amount of glucose present. The test gives an estimate of the amount of glucose in the blood. Higher glucose levels in the blood can be an early indication of diabetes that if not treated can cause vascular diseases. This test is not intended for monitoring existing conditions (diabetes).

Keep out of sight and reach of children.

Read instructions carefully before use.

Do not use test after expiration date (see bottom of pack).

Use test and lancet only once.
In vitro diagnostic test for self-testing

Storage

Store at 4°C to 30°C (39°F to 86°F).
