The material
We source the finest cuts of solid oak for our timber designs, which gives it the strength and longevity to last for generations. Like any natural material, oak features variations in colour and grain and characterful knots - qualities to be celebrated as part of its very nature.

Care
Our oak furniture is protected by our IsoGuard® treatment, designed to repel water and provide short-term protection against spillages. For best results, promptly wipe away any liquid to avoid staining.
Dust furniture regularly with dry e-cloth and gently remove marks with a damp one as needed.
Our tannins spot stain remover is cleverly formulated to lift stains from the surface should you require it.
For a deeper clean, our surface soap is specially formulated to efficiently remove dirt and marks without removing the protective IsoGuard® finish.
Avoid standard furniture cleaners and polishes, as these may damage the finish.
To maintain a well-loved Neptune piece, our care kit and treatment oil can be used every couple of years to refresh furniture and keep it looking its best.
