This expansion features a new Horror and Sanity mechanism, adding a Cthulhu-esque element to the adventure. It includes new characters, beasts, and Mystery deck cards, and offers a five-part epic campaign centered around the story of Colonel Percy Fawcett.
The base game allows players to experience survival as castaways on an uninhabited island, with seven different scenarios providing varied and challenging ways to play.
