Wash right after use so paint or ink doesn't dry on the foam, use mild soap and warm water, then gently massage the surface to remove residue. Rinse well and squeeze out excess water (don't twist or wring). For stubborn acrylic paint, use a soft brush and a bit of soap, avoid harsh cleaners.

Only noticed it when I stopped taking it.

I thought this was just "snake oil," but this "fish oil" works. My knees hurt walking up and downstairs. It sucks to get old. After taking this for a few weeks, I forgot about my knees. I then stopped taking it because I forgot to order more. It was then, after a week or two of not taking it I notice my knees again.
I never thought it would work, but look at me now typing this review.
