Al palato è di buona acidità che si combina col tannino in un sorso che deterge la bocca. Il retrogusto è speziato.Ca’ Nova ci propone una Vespolina, nella denominazione Colline Novaresi DOC, di tutto rispetto, fresca, piacevole, giovane, intensa, fragrante e intrigante. La fermentazione avviene in vasche di acciaio inox per 10 giorni. La fermentazione malolattica ha luogo in vasca nella primavera dopo la vendemmia. A noi piace per la speziatura delicata, perfetta per certi giorni d’autunno.
Sta bene con primi piatti consistenti e con i salumi, secondo noi va provata con mezzelune al mascarpone erba cipollina con speck e pinoli.

2X THE LOVE!

These are fabulous! The weight to them is perfect for tearing off a towel and not tipping. And the color/style works perfectly with our decor.
