Pro-Tip: Because this bit has a large overall diameter of 2-1/2", it is critical to lower your router's speed to a maximum of 12,000 RPM. Running it at standard speeds is dangerous and will burn your wood. For the best quality cut and to extend the life of the bit, do not remove all the material in one go; make 2 or 3 lighter passes to reach the full depth.
