I really liked this handheld frother, it was powerful with 2 speed and easy to charge. Sadly, after 5 months of use it completely stopped working. It took me a minute to find the direct contact to the seller. Amazon makes it nearly impossible to find the direct contact when you have issues and need to reach out to the seller. After digging through the site multiple times, I was finally able to reach out to them directly. After explaining my situation, they are going to replace my hand frother. The customer service rep was nice and understanding of my situation.

I bought this in May 2023 and it's July 2024. I went on a trip for 6 days and when I came back, it wouldn't turn on. It could possibly be because I've used it every day and suddenly stopped.
