Lark Whisky casks were liberally seasoned with their own handcrafted Coal Valley Chinotto, meticulously distilled and aged with the same love and patience as the original 2021 Release which was awarded a 95 at the International Wine and Spirits Competition.
This experimental single malt is best enjoyed neat or over ice - with a flavour profile this sublime, no other ingredients are necessary.
Nose - Orange citrus leads, while peat smoke lift the aroma and intertwine with hints of toasted coconut and floral lemon.
Palate - Slight bitter toffee and smoked citrus arrive with vivacious ginger confectionery and milk chocolate.
Finish - A long sweet smoke, interlaced with a light oak and jaffa cake influence.
