Nose - Butterscotch and intense, deep oak with subtle aromas of caramelised banana and demerara sugar.
Palate - Intensely woody oak notes give way to softer fruit cake and golden syrup.
Finish - Smooth and light with a gentle woodiness that lingers long after the sweetness fades.
