Al palato è ricco ed armonico, fresco e lunghissimo, elegante e strutturato, di ottima persistenza.Una selezione unica, le cui uve provengono esclusivamente dal vigneto di Castel Ringberg, dove l'appezzamento di provenienza e la particolare attenzione alle caratteristiche del singolo terroir conferiscono al vino caratteristiche di assoluta unicità. Un Sauvignon che vuole raccontare non solo leleganza della tipologia ma anche tutta la grandezza dei migliori bianchi altoatesini. Vinificato in vasche di acciaio e lasciato maturare in parte e per pochi mesi in barrique, è vino che esprime finissime note fruttate, una certa freschezza ed una grande armonia. L'Alto Adige Sauvignon DOC "Castel Ringberg" di Elena Walch è un bianco per le migliori occasioni, consigliato per accompagnare i migliori piatti di pesce.
Anche come aperitivo, si abbina a frutti di mare e crostacei, a pesce dacqua dolce cotto al sale, a primi piatti di pasta. Perfetto con un classico piatto di spaghetti al pomodoro e basilico fresco.

Non-greasy (really) and works great

I moved to Michigan at the end of last summer and was positively eaten by mosquitoes through September. (They liked the taste of Texas I guess.) The only formulas I found effective were this and Off Deep Woods. (And yes, I've tried all the natural oil mixes, including Young Living Purification, citronella, etc. changed my lotion, avoided fragrances, you name it.) The Smooth and Dry formula is by far my favorite. It doesn't last as long as the Off 'Deep Woods' offering, but it is really and truly non-oily/non-greasy so it's not a worry to reapply. There is a powdery dust finish involved with the application so be careful where you spray (into the wind, etc.) You don't want to accidentally inhale the stuff. That said, the dry finish means this won't stain clothes or add to the hot sticky feeling you already have to deal with during the summer.
One caveat for this particular product listing - this is for a bundle of SMALL 2.5 oz cans. I have never seen this small size in store, so while I thought I was getting a great deal, it was just about the same price per oz that I would have paid buying locally. My fault for not double-checking the size, but still, it was nice to stock up and be able to toss in a bag, the car, etc.

Re-apply each hour for full protection

I bought this item because family and I had mosquito bites problems and started using this product. It will wear off and needs to be reapplied after about one hour. The other products i have used for the problem is peppermint oil with water. If you shower , you will need to reapply.
