It also includes an environmentally sealed relay and mini 30A fuse holder. A weatherpak connector is provided for the trigger source making the harness easily serviceable. The high temperature braided sleeving is flame retardant and is rated for over 250F. All wires are labeled for ease of installation.
CONNECTING TO VEHICLE
For wiring, all that is required is a source for the FST fuel pump trigger signal. Fuel surge tanks typically use the main fuel pump's relay trigger from the ECU. The other two connections for this harness are 12V power and chassis ground. These leads both use 5/16" (8mm) ring terminals. Wiring run lengths are shown below. If these lengths do NOT work for your application, the wires can be cut/extended as needed at the installer's discretion.
