This espresso from Caffè Kenon is a blend of carefully selected Arabica and Robusta beans. The delicate yet intense and oily roasting gives Crema Bar a particularly full-bodied and intense flavour. The dark roasting typical of southern Italy means that the coffee is low in acidity and caffeine, but high in volume and flavour.
