But thank you for having a great customer service! I’ve been using the products for about a week now and haven’t noticed any improvement in my baby’s skin. I do appreciate that the ingredients are clean, fragrance-free, and that the ointment is thick and suitable for eczema. However, I’ve seen other reviews mentioning results within a few days, and unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. For me, it wasn’t worth the money.
