De Epiphone Inspired by Gibson Custom 1962 ES-335 Reissue Vintage Burst is dezelfde historisch nauwkeurige recreatie als de sixties cherry variant, nu in een prachtige vintage burst afwerking die de warmte en diepte van het origineel perfect oproept. In samenwerking met Gibson Custom brengt Epiphone een modeljaar terug dat geliefd is om zijn afgeronde cutaways, small block inlays en slanke SlimTaper C-hals. De vijflaags maple/populier semi-hollow body met massief maple centerblock geeft de typische ES-335 balans tussen solidbody-stabiliteit en hollowbody-resonantie.
Twee USA-made Gibson Custombucker humbuckers, handmatig bedraad met CTS-potentiometers en Black Beauty paper-in-oil condensatoren, leveren de volle, dynamische ES-335 toon die in elk genre thuishoort. De ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic brug met historische aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece en Epiphone Deluxe Double Ring tuners completeren dit instrument.
