HOW DOES PEPTOX² WORK?
A synthetic peptide inspired by the venom of the temple viper. PepTox² mimics the effect of Botox and therefore has a temporary relaxing effect on muscle contractions.
MECHANISM OF ACTION
Muscles contract (shorten) through nerve impulses that trigger a biochemical reaction via neurotransmitters. PepTox² blocks this signal transmission, so that the muscle remains immobile despite the brain signal.
