Al naso sprigiona sentori di crosta di pane, tocchi di erbe aromatiche, miele, frutta secca; in bocca appagante, fresco ed equilibrato. Realizzato da Pierre Frick, questo Crmant d'Alsace ottenuto da un assemblaggio di cuve di pinot blanc, auxerrois e pinot gris. La fermentazione avviene spontaneamente su lieviti indigeni, e lo spumante sosta almeno 12 18 mesi sui lieviti prima della sboccatura. Le uve sono coltivate

Paglierino, dal vivace perlage. Al naso sprigiona sentori di crosta di pane, tocchi di erbe aromatiche, miele, frutta secca; in bocca è appagante, fresco ed equilibrato.

Realizzato da Pierre Frick, questo Crémant d'Alsace è ottenuto da un assemblaggio di cuvée di pinot blanc, auxerrois e pinot gris. La fermentazione avviene spontaneamente su lieviti indigeni, e lo spumante sosta almeno 12-18 mesi sui lieviti prima della sboccatura. Le uve sono coltivate secondo i principi della biodinamica.

Ottimo aperitivo, si abbina anche con torte salate e primi piatti a base di pesce.
