So I'll start by saying I am new to matcha. My experience was the opposite of that and WONDERFUL! This matcha was incredibly tasty and blended really well. I thoroughly enjoyed it and plan to make this every day. Sidenote: because I had no idea how to prepare it, I watched a video on youtube to make sure I was doing it right and I am so glad I did. If you're wondering it's Michelle Kanemitsu's channel .
