When using stock Dodge wheels a 1.5"-wheel spacer is recommended.
Due to the additional weight of Mega Cab truck configurations, we recommend all gas Mega Cab trucks use Heavy Duty (HD) front coil springs instead of Light Duty (LD) front coil springs. LD front coil springs will give less lift than advertised.

Interesting pillowcase that does run cool to the touch
To begin: I'm a 64 y/o woman who still gets hot flashes, despite air-conditioning and a fan blowing on me at night. It's the sheets off then blankets on routine that so many of us know. I ordered this pillowcase hoping that I would find some kind of relief in the night, even it was only for my head.
The fabric is very unusual. It's a silky nylon blend, very swishy and soft. It reminds me of luxury, expensive women's lingerie. It's extremely slippery, moreso when you have your head on it; there certainly won't be any resistance or pulling on the hair all night.
I washed it before using it, put it in a mesh bag to protect it from getting snagged. It washed and dried as good as new. One thing to note: because it is so slippery the pillow may want to slide a little out of the pillowcase.
I slept quite well and did not experience any heat or sweating on it.
The reason for the 4* and not 5* is the price, at almost $20 it is a bit pricey for a rectangle of nylon fabric. I could see if it were real silk, but it's not. Otherwise it's exactly what it purports to be.
