We get the pleasure of enjoying this blend of coffees from farms bordering the Rio Páez. This lot was brought together by three small farmers, who grow a heirloom varietal called Chiroso. Having some genetic relation to the tea-like coffees of Ethiopia, our coffee provides a wonderful balance of Rooibos tea, plum blossom, and honey.
