The new Stalker Scorpion piston kit for the SSG10!

Key Features:

  • Modular piston with adjustable weight (from ~65 to 148 grams)
  • Reduces noise on your SSG10
  • Increases consistency in joules/FPS
  • Adjustable airbrakes with dual O-ring grooves for fine-tuning and optimal performance
  • Short-stroke option for faster reloads (at the cost of some joules)
  • Includes a 3mm 40D green shock pad to prevent piston impact noise against the SSG head
  • Shock pads in various hardnesses and sizes available (see related products)

The piston is optimally designed to work with 9mm springs and the Stalker spring guide. It can be used with 7mm springs, but this is not recommended for best results.

The piston includes 2 adjustable airbrakes for optimal tuning based on your setup.

  • 1 short airbrake (4.40 mm) — optimal for 2J and 3J~ or higher builds.
  • 1 long airbrake (4.40 mm) — optimal for 2J~ or lower builds.

The newly designed piston features a slightly modified piston cup for optimal performance in SSG10 cylinders. This cup works from 1J up to 4J+.

Golden Rules of Installation

  • Always apply a drop of silicone oil or grease on the cup edge to achieve optimal joules.
  • For 2.3J setups, start with the short airbrake and fully unscrew it.
  • For 2.8J+ setups, start with the short airbrake and fully screw it in.
  • Always set your hop-up correctly for your desired BB weight and adjust for straight shooting.
  • Higher joules = shorter airbrake
  • Lower joules = longer airbrake
  • Choose your airbrake, start low, then gradually unscrew until the setup is silent.
  • When you start losing joules, you’ve passed the perfect airbrake position — screw it back in slightly to regain joules and achieve the quietest setup.

Good setups require adjustable airbrakes because many rifle components can alter piston acceleration speed: trigger weight, spring power, cylinder bore hardness, cylinder length, piston weight, etc. We also recommend purchasing additional spring guide spacers to experiment with piston weight and spring joules.

Kit Includes:

  • 1x Stalker Scorpion 9mm spring guide (with Stalker logo engraved)
  • 1x 3mm 40D green shock pad (cylinder head not included)
  • 1x Piston cup (works only with SSG10 cylinders)
  • 1x Aluminum piston head
  • 1x Stainless steel piston body
  • 5x Aluminum weights
  • 4x Stainless steel weights
  • 1x Stainless steel end cap (15g)
  • 2x Adjustable airbrakes (long and short)
  • 1x Locking nut to secure airbrake setting
  • 10x O-rings for between weights or stock to prevent weight loosening during use
  • 2x Front and rear POM guide rings (specifically for SSG10 specs)

Details:

The Scorpion piston is a unique concept where six weights form the piston body itself. Since the piston is made of these weights, you can extend it with additional weights (short stroke), reducing cylinder volume and joule output, but increasing reload speed. The...

Three froth/blend options, rechargeable, comes with container
Color: Rechargeable with Storage Box - Silver, Color: Rechargeable with Storage Box - Silver
I watch a gentleman online who always talks about how in his 40 years he didn’t know x, y, z, and ends with “ain’t no way.” He made this 3-ingredient — 4 with ice— iced coffee, and used a handheld frother, so after shopping for ingredients, I went in search of a frother. What I liked about this one is that it’s not battery operated, but instead is rechargeable. It comes with three attachment, one of which I can use for cake batter, whipping up eggs, making homemade whipped cream, and also sauces and gravy. It also has a case so I am storing it with my coffee paraphernalia. It has three settings and I used the high setting. As you can see it really froths up the ingredients. I’m very pleased with my purchase and thought about all the times I need a slurry of water and cornstarch to thicken soups and stews. I don’t know the charge life yet, but so far, so good. What you see in the cup is 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk, 3 teaspoons of instant espresso, and 2 ounces of water. Then you add the ice and your creamer, half-and-half, or barista lover’s oat milk, and you’re done. Not too bad, as my grandpa used to say.

Great product
Color: Rechargeable with Storage Box - Black
It’s great! Very powerful, even on low speed. Mixes fiber, and powdered mix-ins very well as well as frothing milk. Nice sturdy little case to keep the components in. Stays charged for a long time.

Best Hand-Held Frother EVER
Color: Rechargeable with Storage Stand and Box - Black
I have had many hand-held frothers over the years; hand-held as well as counter top. None of them have really given me the froth that I want which is dense foam to the point that it almost forms "peaks" and needs to be spooned into my coffee. Additionally, the one that I always went back to (hand-held) only lasted for 3-6 months at best before breaking and sometimes it lasted only a few weeks. Additionally, it drained batteries to the point they needed to be replaced every 2-3 weeks. The Circle Joy DOES make thick, dense froth (I use very cold skim milk on the high speed), has 3 speeds and is rechargeable so no more battery issues. Once I froth the milk, I pop it in the microwave for 40 seconds or so to heat/warm it up. It also comes with an attachment for beating eggs as well as an attachment for stirring in protein powders. I don't need the egg beater and I use the low speed to mix in chocolate collagen powder. I just got this frother so reliability is yet to be proven but I figure at $20.00 even if it needs to be replaced every six months ... it is still a winner.

Works well, worth buying.
Color: Rechargeable with Storage Stand and Box - Black
Works really well. I wish the attachments were easier to get off without feeling like you are going to break them. I use a butter knife to pry it off carefully. I like having the case too, it works well if you need to travel with it.
