- Apply after exfoliating your lips with Sugar Lip Scrub. Wait at least one minute before applying more layers (no more than three).

So moisturizing

I love this lip gloss. It is so moisturizing and such a pretty gloss. I don't find it to be very plumping, but it is very hydrating. I love that it's giving me SPF at the same time. I keep one in my purse, one in my car, and one in my swim bag.
