Achieve Timeless Elegance with Freud’s Precision-Engineered Carbide Cove Bits

The Freud 30-110 1/4" Radius Cove Router Bit is a shop essential for woodworkers who prioritize clean, decorative finishes on furniture, cabinetry, and custom millwork. Often referred to as a "core box" bit, this tool is designed to create a classic concave profile that adds depth and sophistication to any edge application. Its precision-ground TiCo™ Hi-Density Carbide tips ensure maximum sharpness and durability, allowing you to "soften" sharp edges or mill high-end moldings with consistent, professional results.

What sets the Freud 30-110 apart is its specialized upward shear angle, which allows the bit to slice through wood fibers similarly to a master craftsman’s hand plane. This design significantly reduces the risk of tearing or splintering, even in figured grain or abrasive materials. Protected by a non-stick Perma-SHIELD® Coating, the bit is shielded from the heat, corrosion, and pitch buildup that can degrade performance. Whether you are using a CNC machine, a table-mounted router, or a hand-held setup, this bit delivers a mirror-smooth finish across hardwoods, softwoods, plywood, and wood-based composites.

Key Features

  • Upward Shear Angle: Slices wood fibers efficiently to produce clean, splinter-free cuts.
  • Perma-SHIELD® Coating: Non-stick red coating protects against heat, blade drag, and resin buildup.
  • TiCo™ Hi-Density Carbide: Specialized industrial-grade carbide for superior edge retention and long life.
  • Classic Cove Profile: Ideal for creating decorative edges, concave shapes, and inverted radii.
  • Precision Balance: Individually computer-balanced to ensure vibration-free operation at high RPMs.
  • Versatile Application: Optimized for use in solid hardwood, softwood, plywood, and abrasive composites.

What's Included

  • (1) Freud 30-110 1/4" Radius Cove Router Bit (1/2" Shank)

Awesome price for quality balls
Color: Four colors, Size: 5cm (ball only)
These balls are super bouncy and durable. My dog loves them and for the price these are totally worth it! I think they are as durable as nerf balls and equal in size, and much cheaper!

Rope comes out at the slightest force. Pointless tug toy!
Color: Four colors, Size: 6cm (with rope)
If your dog pulls on these (and why wouldn’t he?), the rope immediately comes out. Turns out they just fuse the ends of the nylon rope together, which is no match for a dog playing tug. Any dog, any level of pulling will dismantle these. We’ve managed to reinsert the rope to a couple of these and KNOT it, which gives you a shorter rope but a toy that can withstand some play. But if I had wanted a DIY toy, I’d have used the balls and rope I already own.
