Inspired by these lines from Savitri, dive into the artist's journey as Sahana shares her unique experience. Union with Krishna, the Lover, and the Beloved, is a painting that is a living flow of devotion on paper. It took over a year for her to grow in devotion, and that is when the painting emerged. As Krishna’s presence within her grew, that is when she came back to the painting almost after the year to allow the expression of devotion through painting.

Artist: Sahana Uppar, an artist from Puducherry has a PhD in Psychology. She is deeply interested in Integral Psychology and Integral Education. She learned painting to give an expression to the deep devotion to Krishna she felt in her heart; a self-taught artist, and Savitri Painting has been her way of sadhana.
