This handmade Finnish hunting and outdoor knife is an exclusive version of our classic Hunting knife and has a unique shape and decoration in reindeer antler.

It was originally developed as a hunting knife for moose hunters in Finland and quickly became the perfect companion for handling larger game such as moose, wild boar and larger deer. The design and profile of the blade are excellent for skinning game.

The blade is made from UHC (Ultra High Carbon) steel and the reindeer antler decorated handle is curly birch, stained, and coated with linseed oil which ensure a firm grip, even when wet. Comes with a handcrafted sheath of dark vegetable tanned Finnish leather in combination with stained curly birch, for a unique look. Crafted, sharpened and perfected in collaboration with knife maker Kari Ohtonen.

Roselli’s UHC steel provides an exceptionally sharp edge with outstanding edge retention. As the steel is extremely hard, use the knife with care, avoid striking bones or other very hard materials to keep the edge in top condition.

This knife was sent to us by Elias in Sweden. Now fully restored in our workshop, sharpened, cleaned, inspected and returned to Roselli’s original performance, it’s ready for its next chapter. A proven tool, rebuilt for years of new adventures.
