Our Pickled Ramps are foraged by our old pal Rick Bishop and his crew in the Hudson Valley, and we pickled them in a brine of pink peppercorns and hibiscus. These Pickled Ramps will only be available for a short while until they sell out then well all have to wait until next Spring!

Serving suggestions:
Enjoy our Pickled Ramps in a martini, or as a piquant topping for a simple salad. And when the ramps are finished, use the brine as a cocktail infusion.
