Gianduia chocolate was created in Piedmont in 1806 by master confectioners who, facing the high cost of cocoa, replaced part of it with finely ground roasted hazelnuts. This innovative blend resulted in chocolate with an elegant and rich flavour, marked by the harmonious combination of cocoa and hazelnut.
Gianduia Bottega captures this distinctive taste in a creamy liqueur, made with premium ingredients like cream sourced exclusively from Alpine milk. A touch of grappa adds a unique aromatic quality, making this liqueur unmistakable in both flavour and character.
