食譜源於法國著名甜品大師 @cedricgrolet ，所以每日砌蘋果撻都抱住敬畏的心，希望每次都砌得比上一件更靚，不可浪費前人奮鬥的心血。當初都花了好多時間盲測蘋果品種、甜度、切片的厚度和出爐顏色，現在出爐時微彎似花瓣的效果也是我們喜歡見到的畫面，希望大家喜歡。
