To create this special keepsake, simply send no more than 1/4 of a teaspoon of ashes. Rest assured, any unused ashes will be returned to you with your ring. For added convenience, you can opt for our Collection Kit. It includes everything you need, including a postage-paid mailer with tracking to safely send us the ashes.
Other memorial material such as dirt, sand, soil, hair, fabric, coffee, or flowers can also be used to create this style of memorial ring.
To ensure a perfect fit, we provide a free ring sizer gauge if you're unsure about your size. We discourage resizing of this ring and will not provide resizing services.
We stand behind the quality of our rings, offering a 30-day guarantee. If you encounter any flaws in the band or jewel during this period, simply inform us, and we will remake your ring at no cost (proof of issue is required). Additionally, all rings include a one-year warranty on the jewel portion. After the initial 30 days, you'll be responsible for shipping costs both ways. Please note that resizing is not covered. In the event that you order the wrong size, a new ring with the correct size will need to be ordered—no exceptions.
