Le uve utilizzate dall'azienda vinicola Vietti per realizzare questo piacevole Moscato d'Asti provengono da piccoli vigneti nel comune di Castiglione Tinella, posti su un suolo ricco di argilla e calcare. In seguito alla vendemmia manuale,

Giallo paglierino luminoso, con riflessi dorati, dalla lieve effervescenza. Al naso si evidenziano profumi di rosa, di pesche e albicocche mature, tocchi di zenzero; in bocca è delicato, fresco, piacevolmente dolce.

Le uve utilizzate dall'azienda vinicola Vietti per realizzare questo piacevole Moscato d'Asti provengono da piccoli vigneti nel comune di Castiglione Tinella, posti su un suolo ricco di argilla e calcare. In seguito alla vendemmia manuale, il mosto rimane stoccato a temperatura molto bassa in acciaio inox, evitando fermentazioni spontanee: nel corso dell’anno singole porzioni di mosto vengono portate in autoclave per avviare la fermentazione alcolica. In seguito la fermentazione viene interrotta tramite un rapido raffreddamento della temperatura: il vino viene quindi filtrato, mantenendo intatta in bottiglia tutta la sua caratteristica aromaticità.

Da abbinare a pastefrolle assortite e biscotti secchi.
