ABOUT THE ART
GnR have left an indelible mark on both our youth and rock ‘n roll history, and we’re unbelievably excited to be working with them on a series of prints dedicated to their greatness. We’ve chosen some of our favorite artists for this series, and first up is Anthony Petrie! Anthony’s image interprets the iconography of GNR into an epic and modern image. To complement the image, and the band’s vibe, the screen print will be flocked, adding a layer of fuzzy, velvety feel to the poster.
ARTIST BIO
Anthony Petrie’s portfolio includes work across a broad range of mediums. He likes creating good design for good people, and has an unhealthy obsession with zombies. Anthony has been working professionally as a commercial artist for over 13 years, collaborating with some of the largest brands in the world. His graphic design, illustration and product designs can be seen everywhere from the entertainment and broadcasting industries, to sports and athletic brands.
Some of his clients include: Marvel, CBS, NBC, FOX, AMC, SyFy, Paramount, Sony, The Academy, NFL, MLB, NHL, Bad Robot, Reebok, Adidas, CrossFit, UFC, Spartan Race, WWE, Fred & Friends, Hasbro and Nickelodeon.
