The St. Croix® Rift Salt Spinning Rod stands up to the stress of vertical techniques while feeling like an extension of your body. Built on premium SCIII carbon fiber, the Rift Salt delivers the perfect balance of flex, strength, and durability. Plus, it's reinforced with St. Croix's Fortified Resin System (FRS) technology to increase strength even more without adding extra weight. Blanks are handcrafted on Integrated Poly Curve (IPC) mandrels to produce one continuous taper, resulting in no transition points that can compromise strength and action. Full EVA handles are contoured for comfort but sturdy enough to stand up to hard fighters. Ergonomic nylon reel seat with double-locking nylon and stainless steel nuts for rock-solid stability. Guides feature Alconite rings and stainless steel frames. Non-marking rubber gimbal.
