Enerdrive ePOWER 12V 2000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter

When travelling off-grid or equipping a commercial vehicle, accessing reliable 230V AC power is essential. The Enerdrive ePOWER 12V 2000W inverter acts as a highly efficient DC to AC inverter 12V solution, converting your battery bank's stored power into household-grade electricity. Rated for a continuous 2000W output, this robust unit easily powers a wide range of appliances in your caravan, boat, 4WD, or remote shed.

Clean, Safe Power for Sensitive Electronics

Not all inverters are built equal. Unlike generic modified sine wave models that can damage sensitive equipment or cause appliances to hum, this 2000W pure sine wave inverter delivers a clean, true sine wave output. This ensures your laptops, medical devices, microwaves, and power tools run smoothly and safely. A high surge capacity allows you to start demanding loads with heavy initial power draws, such as compressors or induction cookers, making it an incredibly versatile choice for mobile power systems.

Designed for Australian Conditions

Widely regarded among the best 2000W inverter Australia has to offer, the Enerdrive ePOWER series is tailored specifically for local requirements. It features dual Australian standard GPO outlets, allowing you to plug in two appliances simultaneously without requiring bulky adaptors. Additionally, a built-in 5V 2.1A USB port provides direct charging for smartphones, tablets, and portable electronics without needing to switch on a dedicated AC charger.

Comprehensive Protection and Remote Monitoring

Protecting your battery bank and your equipment is paramount in any 12V system. The Enerdrive 2000W inverter integrates automatic shutdown protection to guard against over-voltage, under-voltage, over-temperature, and overload conditions. This drastically reduces the risk of over-discharging and permanently damaging your deep cycle batteries. The system also includes audible alarms with diagnostic codes, so you can easily identify and resolve power issues on the go.

For maximum convenience, this model comes standard with a remote control switch and connection cable. This allows you to install the inverter out of sight near your batteries while keeping full control and status monitoring easily accessible from your cabin or main control panel.

Key Features

  • True Pure Sine Wave Output: Safely powers sensitive electronics and complex motor loads without interference.
  • Dual Australian GPO Outlets: Run multiple 230V household appliances simultaneously.
  • High Surge Capacity: Handles the high startup currents required by fridges and heavy power tools.
  • Included Remote Switch: Enables convenient system monitoring and on/off control from a distance.
  • Integrated USB Port: 5V 2.1A output for fast charging of mobile devices.
  • Comprehensive Protection Systems: Audible alarms and automatic shutdown for overload, temperature, and battery voltage extremes.
  • Robust Construction: Extruded aluminium housing provides passive thermal cooling in demanding off-road environments.

Versatile Mobile and Off-Grid Applications

Whether you are upgrading your caravan power setup, building a 12V canopy system for your 4x4, or outfitting a commercial work van, the epower 2000w inverter delivers reliable performance. Its heavy-duty DC battery connectors ensure a stable, low-resistance connection to your power source, maximising power transfer and overall efficiency. Built to comply with all required Australian safety standards, you can rely on this unit for years of uninterrupted power.

Upgrade your 12V system with the Enerdrive ePOWER 2000W inverter and enjoy the comfort of household electricity wherever you travel. Add this essential power solution to your setup today for seamless, safe, and reliable off-grid energy.

An extraordinary tale of an 18th Century family
Have you wanted to read a book where the author decides to "rip out" one of the chapters, or leaves a blank page for you to 'draw' one of the characters? Would you enjoy a story which takes many chapters before the hero manages to be born? This 18th-Century tale is touchingly told. The characters are real, and fascinating. It's not their fault that their story is frequently and impishly interrupted by outlandish "digressions" on the part of an author so creative that his modern descendants are considered to be Joyce and Beckett, as well as many others. Would you enjoy a chapter on Chapters? About buttonholes? About whether parents and their children are kin to each other? A chapter on curses? Poor Laurence Sterne has so much trouble getting two of his characters down the stairs that he finally calls in a "critic" to help! Advice on reading such an unusual, even unique, book: read the first several chapters, then stop and reread them. Continue that process and soon the book will feel quite familiar, and that's when the fun really starts. The Oxford World's Classics edition follows the first edition of the book, and is preferred. Amazon also offers the fully-annotated edition, the "Florida" edition, in three volumes. A caution about the Everyman hardcover edition: they reprinted a later edition which groups Tristram Shandy into three volumes, not nine. And then they renumbered all the chapters! That's OK unless you read secondary sources that refer you to Book VII, Chap 4: good luck ever finding it.

A Total Sham-dy
What in the hell was this lunatic yammering about for all those 650 pages? What is the deal with his obession with noses, penises, and hobby-horses, hobby-horses, hobby-horses? Why does anyone consider it amusing when a writer keeps telling you he's going to get somewhere, but never does? Why is it entertaining at all to have blank chapters? Why is that cute? Why is that interesting? Who finds this funny? Who finds anything funny here at all? Why does this book of endless, mindless prattle, blabber, and piffle tickle anyone at all? Who finds digression to be enjoyable in literature? You? Why? Why? Tell me! I checked the ratings on Goodreads. This is what it showed: 5 stars: 33%, 4901 4 stars: 28%, 4064 3 stars: 22%, 3268 2 stars: 9%, 1414 1 star: 5%, 848 Meaning: 95% of these readers are flock-following, digression-loving, hobby-horse riding loonies who have swallowed the Kool-aid. There is nothing here but vacuous thundergunk. Pure, putrid unenertaining garbage. If I would have laughed once - just once - during the reading of this book, I would have given it a whole extra star, but it couldn't even do that. I give him one star for spelling Tristram's name right, and even then, it's a made-up name anyway, so I may have been hoodwinked as well.

Laurence Stern is still one of the most creative writers ever
This review is not about the words and images inside the book. This is about the fact that, when I removed the book from its packaging, the book's cover had too many creases and bends in it, both front and back, for my taste. Although I do think that Laurence Sterne might have smiled at my response, I don't think the creases were a type of samizdat (think Alexander Solzhenitsyn) added by a disgruntled/creative employee at Amazon. If this doesn't make any sense to you, or seems to be a silly mountain out of a molehill compliant, you will love the book.

A Few Thoughts on Tristram Shandy by Laurence Sterne
Shandy is an amazing book. More than anything it made me think of a late 1990s vibe with Seinfeld and David Foster Wallace. I can imagine the discourse that must have grown up around it. It I about memory and storytelling but also about nothing but also childbirth and siege warfare. I’m glad I read it; it was worth it even if it took a while.
