"Oolong 79" - Red Oolong is a very valuable tea type which is uniquely ordered by Song Hy Tra in organic tea field - Vina Suzuki. In order to make this special "Oolong 79", they select only tea leaves with bite mark of caterpllars (caterpillars have a special ability to find the best leaves). The process is also longer than normal Oolong type. The leaves have to be fermented to 90% to achieve its sweet ripe fruit flavor with natural nectar. "Oolong 79" buds are light brown and green mixed, made into catchy sphere pieces.
Red Oolong helps nourish the yang element in the body. The tea contains a high amount of protein and sugar that can create a warm flow through the body in order to support the Digestive system and reduce dat.
